The equipment consists of rack, bottle feeding conveyor, pressure control module, product grouping system, bottle pushing parts, cardboard handling system, forming sections, and control systems.
Process flow: Cardboard is manually placed on buffer conveyor, separated by vacuum suction cups, then combined with grouped products before entering forming area to complete automatic wrapping process.
