Palletizers are divided into single-channel and double-channel gantry palletizers, robot palletizers, single-column palletizers, and robot palletizers.
It can realize the palletizing logistics of various operations in the beer, beverage and food industries, and is widely used in cartons, plastic boxes, bottles, bags, barrels, film packaging products and filling products; it is equipped with three-in-one filling lines, etc., to palletize various bottles, cans and bags.
The capacity range of palletizers according to different types: 3 boxes-160 boxes per minute.
The gantry palletizer puts cartons, plastic bags, film bags or other packages on pallets (wooden, plastic) according to a certain arrangement, and performs automatic stacking. It can stack multiple layers, and then automatically transport them to the solid pallet station.
The double-channel gantry palletizer divides the boxes into two lanes and enters the unscrambling platform through the box-separating mechanism, and then is pushed by the unscrambling platform to the lifting platform for palletizing, with higher stacking efficiency.
This equipment adopts PLC+ touch screen control to realize intelligent operation and management, which is simple to operate. It is designed with the concept of high speed, stability and space saving.
