Palletizers are divided into single-channel and double-channel gantry palletizers, robot palletizers, single-column palletizers, and robot palletizers.
It can realize the palletizing logistics of various operations in the beer, beverage and food industries, and is widely used in cartons, plastic boxes, bottles, bags, barrels, film packaging products and filling products. The gantry palletizer automatically stacks cartons, plastic bags, film bags or other packages on pallets (wooden, plastic) according to a certain arrangement. It can stack multiple layers, then automatically transport them to the solid pallet station for forklift transportation to storage.
The double-channel gantry palletizer divides boxes into two lanes for higher efficiency. This equipment uses PLC + touch screen control for intelligent operation and management, reducing labor requirements and intensity. Designed for high speed, stability and space saving with separate take-off plate for faster operation.
