The production line handles both fresh and frozen raw materials while maintaining strict hygiene standards. Meat byproducts are first deboned and ground, then mixed with vegetables and dry ingredients like grains, minerals, and specialized additives for different life stages. The mixture is then packaged and sterilized at 121.1°C to ensure shelf stability.
Modern resealable pouches are increasingly popular for wet pet food due to their convenience and cost-effectiveness, though we also support traditional can packaging. Both options undergo retort sterilization after packaging to ensure complete safety.
