Products are evenly distributed into each channel via the inlet chain conveyor while undergoing missing-bottle detection. They are then arranged into the required formation by gate mechanisms or bottle-pressing units before being transferred to the film-wrapping belt by push-rod assemblies. Synchronized film feeding from below enables wrapping on the conveyor belt. The wrapped products are finally discharged via the outlet conveyor into the shrink tunnel.
The shrink-wrapped product dimensions must satisfy both the packaged form and single-layer film specifications.
